Cold start aid indicator

When the cold start aid device is working, this
indicator will be turned on, and it will be turned
off about some seconds later. The duration of
the illumination may vary depending on the
coolant temperature. After this indicator is turned
off, start the engine.
If the PTO oil pressure is lower than designated
pressure, the PTO is turned off by the warning
module, and then this indicator will be turned on.
