6 INSTALL THE PRODUCT
6.1 MECHANICAL INSTALLATION OF SL1
The searchlight is mounted standing or hanging in a foundation using four hex socket
threaded rods (M8x60) in its base, the threaded rods come with the delivery along with
washers and lock nuts.
1. Apply Loctite 243 or equivalent on the rods, screw them into the searchlight base and
tighten firmly. Let it cure for 30 minutes.
2. Mount the foundation isolator/gasket.
