What to do if LUMINELL Flood Light panel shows 'starting system' and I can't control it?

This issue occurs during the initial system boot-up sequence when the searchlight has been without power, as the searchlight and panel establish a connection. The searchlight also calibrates by moving horizontally and vertically. Allow 20 seconds for the boot sequence to complete. If the boot screen persists for over a minute: 1. Ensure the searchlight, not just the panel, is powered. 2. Verify the Ethernet cabling between the searchlight and the panel for poor connections or a faulty external switch.
