The
Magellan RoadMate
has
an
internal battery that
may need to
be
charged the first time
it
is used.
The
battery will begin charging
as
soon
as
power
is
supplied to the Magellan RoadMate through the
vehicle power receptacle.
(When
the light
on
the
vehicle power adapter illuminates,
it
is properly
connected to 12
VDC.
Note
some
vehicles require that
the ignition
be
on
before power is delivered to the
vehicle power receptacle.)
