1. Pull back the dust cover.
2. Remove circlip.
3. Remove the push rod assembly with retainer washer.
4. Remove the piston assembly by gently tapping the Clutch Master cylinder body on a wooden
block.
Using a screwdriver, lift the leaf spring retainer.
Remove spring assembly from plunger.
Take care, while lifting the spring
otherwise the
spring and the stem will fall off.
Compress spring to free valve stem from
eccentrically positioned hole in the end face of
spring retainer. This will separate spring retainer
from valve stem.
Remove spring, valve spacer and spring washer
from the valve stem.
