13.1.2 DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE
If vehicle ignition turned ON for more than 20 times with DTC —
B2F48– 00 (F ()/ Signature 1 mismatch) live in UICU. EMS ECU will get locked, setting
DTC — B2FFE-00 (EMS Authentication Locked) live in EMS ECU. To unlock EMS follow

EMS ECU UNLOCK PROCEDURE”
STEP 1 – CHECK CAN CIRCUIT
PRE CONDITION
• Turn ON ignition
TEST PROCEDURE
• Check CAN circuit
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
• Is the CAN circuit is OK
ACTION TO BE TAKEN
OK NOT OK
• Go to STEP 2
• Replace or repair the wiring harness
STEP 2 – CHECK EMS ECU POWER AND GROUND CIRCUIT
PRE CONDITION
• Turn ON ignition
TEST PROCEDURE
• Check EMS ECU power and ground wires
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
• Is the power and ground circuit of EMS ECU is OK
ACTION TO BE TAKEN
OK NOT OK
• Go to STEP 3
• Replace or repair the wiring harness
