STEP 1 – PERFORM KEY CHECK TO WRITE TAG CODE
PRE CONDITION
• Turn ON ignition
TEST PROCEDURE
• Connect i-SECURE dealer tool, select the appropriate platform. Select no of keys available
and perform the key check process. Refer Key checking procedure
Always use i-SECURE + V4.0 and above for any security components ECU
programming in “XUV 7OO”
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
• Key check should pass successfully
ACTION TO BE TAKEN
OK NOT OK
• Tag code written at the end of key check
• Turn OFF ignition for 2 minutes
• After 2 minutes turn ignition ON and make sure
previously set check lamps are cleared
• And crank the engine to start the vehicle
