13.21.2 DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE
• Check whether the VIN in EMS ECU and UICU is matching VIN plate
• Check whether the DTC occurred post replacement of new EMS ECU & Flashing
STEP 1 – VIN MISMATCH BETWEEN EMS ECU AND UICU
PRE CONDITION
• Turn ON ignition
TEST PROCEDURE
• Connect i-SMART diagnostic tool and check VIN in EMS ECU and UICU
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
• VIN in EMS ECU and UICU must be matching
ACTION TO BE TAKEN
OK NOT OK
• Connect i-SMART and try to clear all DTC’s
• If the DTC’s not getting cleared, Contact TEKliner
for further assistance
• If the DTC’s got cleared. Turn OFF ignition, wait for
2 minutes. Turn ON ignition & Check whether the
issue is resolved
• Contact TEKline for further
assistance
