Turn the mode switch “REMOTE-HAND-
INJECTION” to position “HAND”. The vibrator
switch must be set on “ON” to prevent the dry mate-
rial from bridging at the bottom of the material hop-
per.
Undo the eccentric clamp on the mixing chamber.
Open the pump outlet by turning it to the side to
drain the water which was just sprayed into the
mixing chamber.
Place machine processable dry material in the hop-
per.
Close the pump outlet again and lock the eccentric
clamp.
The safety screen must not be
removed when the machine is
running or ready for operation.

WARNING
Press the blue “WATER INJECTION” button for
approx. 3 seconds to let a defined water volume
into the mixing chamber of the mortar mixing pump.
This is to prevent the eccentric worm pump from
running dry when the machine starts.
Start the machine by pressing the green “START”
button. Let the mortar mixing pump run until water
starts to come out of the front of the pump outlet.
The mixer motor must not be
opened or tilted when the machine
is running or ready for operation
(as long as the power supply is
connected and/or the master
switch is set to “ON”).
