Observe the following whenever you move the ma-
chine.
Danger of toppling while loading
and unloading the complete ma-
chine.

CAUTION
Press the water injection button until all water has
run out of the valves and fittings.
Transport checklist:
We recommend purging the water
system with compressed air.
o disconnect all electrical connections
o lock the pump motor eccentric clamp
o Check that all parts and components are
mounted, screwed in or assembled properly
and that all the safety devices are in place
Turn the main switch to pos. “0” and unplug the
electricity cable.
Drain any residual water from the mortar hoses and
all other components.
There are no lifting pins on the
MAI pump m400NT for transport-
ing by crane. If it has to be lifted by
crane, ensure that it is placed in a
suitable container.

CAUTION
Assemble the machine again.
Drain any residual water from the water supply
hose.
The machine must always be carried horizontally
during transport.
Water freezing in the measuring
pipe could destroy it.
The machine is now completely drained except
from a small amount of water in the eccentric pump.
When you turn on the machine the next time, start it
carefully as there may be some ice left which will
mix with the mortar. This problem only occurs how-
ever if the machine is subject to very low tempera-
ture for a longer period.
