Note
If the pads are improperly connected, the indicator of
“Check Pad” will be flickering.
No voice prompt or indicator flickering following the start of the AED7000,
indicates an internal error of the AED7000 unit, and should not be used on any
patient.
5.4 Attach the electrode pads to the patient
The electrode pads must be correctly placed on the patient. Before placing the pads,
the following procedures must be executed:
Remove all clothing covering the chest of the patient
Wipe off any water or perspiration on the chest.
Following these two steps, the pads can be placed on the patient.
Place the pads on the patient:
