5.2.2 Exposing With the Control Screen
1. The screen is on when power is supplied to the unit. Touch the screen to activate the Main screen.
2. After unlatching the blanket frame assembly, the Frame Open screen displays. Press INSPECT ON to
turn on inspection lights to check screen location or for any screen imperfections. Press INSPECT OFF
to turn off inspections lights.
Note: The LED lights will not display when the frame is opened.
3. On the Main screen, press the data entry cell for VAC TIME and EXP TIME and enter times as required
on the keypad and press ENT. To save the vacuum and exposure time parameters to memory, refer to
Saving and Recalling Jobs in this manual.
4. Press START to start vacuum pump and exposure process. The screen displays EXPOSING and
counts down during the vacuum and LED exposure times and then changes to EXPOSURE
COMPLETE after the screen is finished. Unlatch the blanket frame assembly and slowly raise it to the
load/unload position and remove the screen.
Note: Press STOP to stop the vacuum or exposure at any time.
