If no hydraulic oil is flowing, several issues could be the cause. First, check the hydraulic oil level and inspect the system for any leaks, making necessary repairs and refilling the reservoir. Second, inspect the reservoir-to-pump suction lines for breaks or restrictions, ensuring they are clean, secure, and properly attached, repairing or replacing them as needed. Third, check the pump shaft to see if it's sheared or disengaged, repairing or replacing it if damaged. Finally, internal contamination could be the culprit; in this case, drain the system, flush it with the recommended oil mixture, and then drain and refill with the recommended hydraulic oil.
