Step 1 Open the front door to access the evaporator
compartment. Ice must not be on the evaporator
during the clean/sanitize cycle. Follow one of the
methods below:
• Press the power switch at the end of a harvest
cycle after ice falls from the evaporator(s).
• Press the power switch and allow the ice to melt
.
Step 2 Remove all ice from the bin/dispenser.
Step 3 Press the clean switch. Water will flow
through the water dump valve and down the drain.
Wait until the water trough refills and the display
indicates add solution (approximately 1 minute), then
add the proper amount of ice machine cleaner.
Never use anything to force ice from the
evaporator. Damage may result.
