Ice Thickness Probe & Water Level Probe
Clean the probes using the following procedure.
1. Mix a solution of Manitowoc ice machine cleaner
and water 60 ml (2 oz) of cleaner to 500 ml (16
oz) of water in a container.
2. Soak probes in container of cleaner/water solution
while disassembling and cleaning water circuit
components (soak probes for 10 minutes or
longer).
3. Clean all probe surfaces including all plastic parts
(do not use abrasives). Verify all surfaces are
clean. Thoroughly rinse probes with clean water.
4. Reinstall probe, then sanitize the ice machine and
bin/dispenser interior surfaces.
