Use
1. During operation, if the controller does not work properly, the dirt bike (All-Terrain
Bike) cannot be started directly.
2. During operation, there should be no intermittent or abnormal sound or vibration.
3. During operation, if the gear oil is not filled (fill GL-4 85W-90 oil, about 100mL),
the dirt bike (All-Terrain Bike) should not be started directly.
Maintenance
The first maintenance is performed on the assembly when the new dirt bike has
ridden about 1000 km. During the first maintenance, the gear oil of the reducer should
be replaced. Iron chips adsorbed on the oil drain screw plug should be cleaned up, and
the residual iron chips in the reducer should be cleaned up. The dust and foreign
matter around the ventilation plug should be cleaned up and kept clear. Then the
signals and bolts of the sensors should be checked for tightening.
After the first maintenance, implement maintenance inspection on the assembly
according to the maintenance requirements of the whole dirt bike (All-Terrain Bike),
as follows.
a. Check the motor sensor signals, and replace them in time if broken or damaged
signal lines are found.
b. Check the suspension of the assembly and whether the fastening bolts of each
part are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened immediately.
c. Check the assembly's sealing surface and oil seal, and replace the damaged oil
seal in time to ensure the sealing performance of the assembly.
d. Clean the foreign matter around the vent plug and keep the vent plug open.
e. Replace the gear oil every three months or 5,000 km (whichever comes first)
according to the riding conditions of the dirt bike (All-Terrain Bike), and clean up the
iron filings.
