Notifications
Notification messages are displayed in the screen when the power is
switched on when new firmware can be used, or when there are other
notification messages.
Connect to broadband Internet when using this function. (v p. 24)
Update
On(Default): Display update message.
Off: Do not display update message.
Upgrade
On(Default): Display upgrade message.
Off: Do not display upgrade message.
Notification Alerts
On(Default):
Displays notification messages from Marantz in the
popup menu.
Off:
Does not display notification messages from Marantz in
the popup menu.

Add New Feature
In order to add new functions, the environment and settings required
for connecting to broadband internet are needed. (v p. 25)
Perform the add new feature operation after at least 2 minutes has
elapsed since turning this unit’s power on.
Upgrade Status:
Display a list of the additional functions provided by the upgrade.
Upgrade Start:
Execute the upgrade process.

If the upgrade is not successful, an error message identical to those
in “Update” (v
p. 92) will appear on the display. Check the
settings and network environment and then perform the upgrade
again.
Upgrade ID:
The ID number shown on this screen is needed when carrying out the
procedure.
