Check the Firmware.
Is "IP SCALER ERR" displayed?
Check the unit.
The TV is faulty.
Check the circuits around the IP SCALER (IC401,
DIGITAL PCB) and DDR2 (IC402/IC403).
If there appear to be no problems, IC401 or
IC402/IC403 is faulty.
