Attach front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using washers and bolts.
Connect computer wire, tension cable, insert front post and secure with screws/washers.
Attach handlebar, connect pulse wires, mount computer and secure.
Attach the seat to the seat post and then to the main frame.
Attach pedals and straps, then check all bolts and nuts are tightened.
