Mark Robin - Inspection and Maintenance

This product has to be inspected at least once a year, but in any case after maximum
descent distance written on page 10 by MARK Save A Life or an authorized partner. Note
the operated distances in the use protocol.
If this product is used as emergency equipment (kept in MARK Infini Box or MARK Seal
Pack and not being used), it has to be inspected by MARK Save A Life afte a max. of 10
years. Textile components have to be replaced. If this product is used as an emergency
equipment, the packaging has to be checked regularly and, if damaged, the packaging
and the product have to be sent to MARK Save A Life.
6.3 Inspection and maintenance
MARK Robin descender, rescue and lifting device has been designed for harsh work
environments. In order to ensure lifetime and period of use, all components have to be
checked accordingly.
Always perform a visual inspection before using this product. This product has to be
inspected by MARK Save A Life or an authorised partner once a year. Comply with
intervals and inspections regulations as indicated in the table below.

If you use this product in very harsh environments (extreme weather and use condi-
tions, heavy descents and liftings) you have to reduce the inspection period in a proper
way.

