1.4 Technical Assistance

number, page number referred to the total number pages, revision summary. The correct reference
ensures quick and accurate answers. In the event of a fault condition that requires the assistance of
Marposs personnel, contact the nearest service centre (visit the website www.marposs.com for a
list of distributors).
If updates are not carried out in conformity with the instructions provided, or without the
manufacturer's written permission, or in such a way as to compromise correct operation or modify its
characteristics, the manufacturer will not accept any responsibility if the application fails to function
correctly. The warranty, as agreed in the contract, will be declared null and void in the event of any
