2. SAFETY DEVICES
2.1 Product conformity
The System described in this document has been designed and built to be installed in an industrial
type environment.
ATTENTION
Modifications that alter either the design or manufacturing specifications of the System
affecting safety, risk prevention or the environment where it may be installed may only by
implemented by the manufacturer, who shall guarantee that it conforms to the applicable
safety regulations
Therefore, repositioning and/or modifications or maintenance operations not covered by
the technical documentation shall be considered arbitrary.
Marposs S.p.A. declines all responsibility for the consequences of the failure to observe
these safety instructions.
2.1.1 Selecting the operator
The Operator is defined as the person or persons assigned to install, operate, regulate, clean,
repair and move a machine, or carry out repair work on it.
The operator responsible for installing the gauge must be aware of the risks involved when installing
machining equipment.
