WEIGHING WITHOUT
PARAMETER SETTINGS
1. Insert the batteries and put the bathroom
scale on a level, stable surface for best
precision. Do not put it on a carpet or
other soft surface.

2. Carefully step onto the bathroom scale,
which starts automatically. Stand still,
spreading your weight uniformly until the
display stabilises.

strain gauge.
• The bathroom scale measures water
content, body fat percentage, muscle and
bone, plus BMI, and also indicates a
recommended calorie intake.
• The bathroom scale has a built-in memory
for 12 dierent users.
• The scale calculates your daily energy
requirement on the basis of your height,
weight and age, etc.
INSERTING THE BATTERIES
1. Open the battery compartment
underneath the scale.
