TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Action
The app does not receive the
weighing result from the scale.
Check that the connection icon in the app shows that the
smart device is connected to the scale.
Check that Bluetooth is enabled on the device.
Check that the scale and smart device are within signal range.
Disable and enable Bluetooth, and repeat the connection
procedure.
Restart the app.
It is not possible to connect to the
smart device.
Check that only one smart device is connected to the scale.
Check that the smart device has Bluetooth 4.0 or later.
Nothing is shown on the display. Check the batteries, and replace if necessary.
NOTE:
Repairs must only carried out by an authorised service centre or qualied personnel.
