• Protect personal information with
password and store data for several users.
• Simple and explicit trend graphs for
weight make it easy to follow changes.
Bluetooth settings
1. Check that Bluetooth is enabled.
2. If necessary, enable Bluetooth in the
menu Settings < Bluetooth.
3. Press the platform to start.
4. Create a new user.
5. Press the icon SenssunHealth to open the
settings menu User settings.
6. Enter data to go to the interface for
weighing.
Weighing with app
1. Press the platform to start.
2. Step on the platform.
• The weight is shown on the scale display
and in the app. After a few seconds the
weight reading is followed by water
content, body fat percentage, muscle and
bone percentage, and the recommended
intake of calories.
• All the values are automatically stores in
the data history.
CALORIES
Calories are units of energy. The data shown
indicates the amount of energy needed for
metabolism and normal activity for the weight,
height and gender of the user.
Calories and weight loss
A reduction in the intake of calories and
more physical activity can contribute to loss
of weight. If the nutrient intake is less than
the consumption of energy the body will
burn stored fat, which contributes to a loss of
weight.
SENSSUN SOFTWARE
• The scale can be used to register the
weight on mobile devices and to follow
changes in weight.
• The SENSSUN Scale software must be
downloaded to use the scale. Search for
SenssunHealth to download the app at
App Store or Google Play.
