FUNCTIONAL BASIS
The bathroom scale uses a bioelectric impedance
analysis, which is one of the most precise ways of
measuring body fat, water and muscle.
START MEASURING
1. Make sure that your feet are in contact
with the metal electrodes on the
platform, otherwise it will not be possible
to measure your body fat percentage.
2. Take o your shoes and socks rst before
weighing for best results.
Example: User 3, female, 168 cm, 28 years old.
1. Press SET to start.
2. The standard parameters or parameters
for the last user are shown.
3. Press to select required user number
or to set parameters.
4. Press the platform.
5. The display shows 0.0.
6. Carefully step onto the platform with both
feet in contact with the metal electrodes.
7. Stand still, spreading your weight
uniformly until the display stabilises.
8. The weight value locks and ashes once.
9. Measuring is carried out.
10. Result (repeat weighing/measuring 3
times and save): The value is shown as
a reference during the next weighing.
