Why does my Master MFG Revolt pump cycle when not spraying?

  If the Master MFG Paint Sprayer's pump cycles even when you're not spraying, it could be due to several reasons. You might have a leak in the system, so try tightening any leaking hose clamps or fittings, and if necessary, replace the spray gun. Low voltage could also be the culprit, so check the voltage. Trapped air in the system can cause this issue as well; try purging the air from the system. Additionally, a faulty pressure switch could be the cause, so consider replacing it. Ensure the pump is mounted on a rigid surface. Finally, check for and tighten any loose fasteners on the pump head.

  If the battery pack for your Master MFG Paint Sprayer isn't charging, make sure the battery is correctly connected to the charger until the red LED appears. Ensure the charger is plugged into a working outlet. The surrounding air temperature could also be a factor; move the charger and battery pack to an area where the air temperature is between 40 and 105 degrees. If none of these steps work, the charger may be faulty and need to be replaced.
