What to do if Matrix T130 XI Treadmill belt does not move but the console works?
    • L
      Leah WilliamsonAug 18, 2025
If the belt on your Matrix Treadmill doesn't move or moves briefly while the console works, ensure you're following the recommended power guidelines: use a dedicated 15-amp circuit and avoid GFCI-equipped outlets, power strips, surge protectors, or extension cords. Make sure the treadmill is on a level surface. Verify the belt is properly tightened and centered. Check for any belt movement, noting how far or long it moves before stopping. Try moving the belt by hand; if it doesn't budge, the drive belt may be off or the motor bearings may have seized. Turn off and unplug the treadmill, remove the plastic motor cover, and check the drive belt for proper alignment.

How to fix Matrix T130 XI Treadmill console if it does not light up?
    • S
      Stephen FletcherNov 2, 2025
If the console of your Matrix Treadmill doesn't light up, start by checking if the light on the ON/OFF switch is illuminated. If it is, power off the treadmill, unplug it, wait 60 seconds, and remove the motor cover. Ensure all LED lights on the motor control board are off before checking the wires connected to the lower board for looseness or disconnections. Also, ensure all connections are secure, especially the console cable, by unplugging and reconnecting it. Check the console cable for any damage. If the light on the ON/OFF switch is not illuminated, verify the outlet is functional, the breaker hasn't tripped, it's on a dedicated 15-amp circuit, and it's not plugged into a power strip, surge protector, or extension cord. Ensure the power cord isn't damaged and is properly plugged into...
