CHAPTER 9: PART REPLACEMENT GUIDE
9.8 RELIANCE BOX REPLACEMENT
1) Turn off power and disconnect the cord from the machine.
2) Remove the front shroud as outlined in Section 9.1.
3) Remove the 7 wire connections to the reliance box (Figures A & B).
4) Remove the 4 screws holding the reliance box to the base frame (Figure C).
5) Remove the reliance box (Figure D).
6) Reverse Steps 1-5 to install a new reliance box.
7) Test the treadmill for function as outlined in Section 9.22.
