Troubleshooting Guide
First Time Set Up (FTSU) or Replacing a console
All steps of FTSU must be completed on the first console at a site. Further consoles can individually be
set up this way, or settings can be Exported & Imported once the “Source Console” is prepared. Cycle
power on the frame after FTSU if the settings are not saving.

follow the numbered instructions for a step by step process.

Select language, Time Zone, and Date Format

Once FTSU is complete, the Console will return to the home screen.
TSome additional tasks must be completed.
1. Update software via USB or RSCU
If Wi-Fi is configured and connected, software updates will automatically be installed via
RSCU at the designated time.
2. Treadmills & Ascent Trainers only: Calibrate the incline motor
The incline motor will move the frame through its full range of motion ensure nothing
is in the way and no one can be injured
3. Make any other optional settings changes, as needed.
