The phone is designed to meet all safety requirements
pertaining to impact of radio waves in compliance with
international guidelines. These guidelines were developed
by the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation
Protection (ICNIRP), an independent scientific
organization with a big safety margin to protect all people
regardless their age and health condition. In
recommendations pertaining to impact of radio waves, the
term SAR, Specific Absorption Rate is used. As
recommended by ICNIRP, the border value of SAR is 2,0
watts per kilogram (W/kg), with the value averaged over
any 10g of tissue. SAR value is determined under a device
regular working conditions, at the maximum transmit
power and at maximum spectrum of frequencies. The
actual SAR level can be way below this value when
operating in every day use since the device is designed to
operate at a minimum power level required to be
connected with network.
For this model, the maximum SAR value measured in tests
is 0,743 W/kg.
SAR values might vary depending on domestic reporting
and testing requirements and on radio frequency used by
a given network.
