Fitting the carrier to the aircraft seat
• Feed the lap belt into the AIRCRAFT
REARWARD-FACING BELT PATH ensuring
the lap part is threaded through the belt path as
shown (figure c). on each side. Engage lap belt buckle
and tongue.
• To fasten belt and secure capsule, press down on the
carrier firmly and pull aircraft belt strap to tighten.
Ensure the capsule is fastened correctly and firmly.

• Ensure handle is placed in the “non-rocking”
position (figure b). Refer to page 30 for a detailed
explanation regarding this function.
• Lengthen the lap belt to full capacity (it may be
necessary to use an extension strap to better
position the aircraft buckle). Make sure the belts are
not twisted.
