USE
In general, you can use this device to pre-
pare all dishes that can also be prepared
in a conventional fan oven. For good
results, read through the “Tips” chapter.
Please Note!
■ Before using the device, make sure
that the device is clean and dry.
■ Do not use the device for longer than
60 minutes without a break. An ex-
ception is the programmes (Keep
Warm) – max. 120 minutes and
(Dehydrate) – max. 600 minutes.
■ Do not leave the device switched on
when it is empty (apart from “burning
off” prior to first use).
■ Only use the device with fat collecting
trays inserted. Make sure that they
are placed on the lowest layer in each
case.
■ Do not place food that is still wrapped
in cling film or plastic bags in the
device.
■ Make sure that the food does not
come into contact with the heating
elements.
■ Do not overfill the cooking zones so
that the hot air can circulate optimally
inside the cooking chamber.
■ Make sure that foodstuffs containing
oil and fats are not overheated. They
could ignite.
■ Always place the hot racks and fat
collecting trays down on a heat-
resistant surface after use.

Preheating of the device is not
necessary.
1. Prepare the food for cooking.
2. Insert the fat collecting tray(s)(6) into

grill racks(7) into the cooking
zone(s)(4,8).

to run for a little while after the
cooking time elapses to cool
down the device if necessary.
