Pausing the Cooking Process
If necessary, the cooking process can be
paused in order to mix around or add
further ingredients, for example.
When you open the door(s) (3), the cook-
ing process in the respective cooking
zone (4,8) is automatically paused.
To pause the cooking process manually:
1. Press one of the buttons (15) to select
the cooking zone(s) whose cooking
process is to be paused.
2. Press the START / STOPbutton (13).
To resume the cooking process,
close the opened door or press the
START / STOPbutton (13) again.

The cooking process can be
paused for a maximum of
10 minutes in each case. If the
cooking process in the respective
cooking zone is not resumed
within this time, it is automatically
aborted.
Aborting the Cooking Process
Manually
To manually abort an ongoing cooking
process in one or both cooking zone(s)
(4,8), hold down one of the buttons (15)
for 3 seconds.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
• Wipe down the outside of the device
and the cooking zones(4, 8) and
heating elements with a clean, damp
cloth. Use a cleaning product or
detergent if necessary.
Do not clean in the dishwasher or
immerse in water!
• Clean the frying baskets(5), the
grill racks(7) and the fat collecting
trays(6) with detergent and warm
water or in the dishwasher. In the
case of stubborn dirt, soak in water
beforehand.
• Allow all parts to dry completely or
dry them before they are assembled.
• Store the device in a clean, dry
location that is out of the reach of
children and animals when not in use
for a prolonged period.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair
an electrical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
► Correct the fit of the mains plug.
The plug socket is defective.
► Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
► Check the fuse of the mains
connection.
The doors(3) have not been closed.
► Close the doors completely.
The fuse in the fuse box is triggered.
Too many devices are connected to the
same circuit.
► Reduce the number of devices in the
circuit.
