PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
The product is under-cooked or
over-cooked.
The release sheet is worn. Replace the release sheet.
Incorrect cooking time. Reset the processor control for
the correct time.
Incorrect temperature. Adjust the processor control to
the proper setting.
The upper platen or lower grill
surface is not clean and/or has
carbon build-up.
Daily cleaning procedures must
be followed to properly clean
the upper platen and the lower
grill surface and to remove
carbon build-up.
The preset gap height is
incorrect.
Call a service technician.
The heating zone is not
heating.
Call a service technician.
The product is not cooking
evenly.
The upper platen or lower grill
surface is not clean and/or has
carbon build-up.
Daily cleaning procedures must
be followed to properly clean
the upper platen and the lower
grill surface and to remove
