Why won't the blowers operate on heat in my McQuay Air Conditioner?
- ZZachary SmithSep 9, 2025
If the blowers on your McQuay Air Conditioner won’t operate on heat, first ensure there is power to the unit. If there is power, and the blowers still won't operate, check if the temperature setting is too low. If the control is set on 'cycle fan', raise the temperature set point. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the control pad or PC boards may be faulty, or there may be loose connections. In either case, you should replace or tighten them accordingly. Finally, a defective blower motor could be the cause, requiring replacement.
