1. Summary
This series of controller is specially designed for the start, stop, parameter
monitoring and fault monitoring of EFI diesel, gasoline and gas generator sets, and
has parameter setting function.
The controller has a point array LCD screen, can display various faults in the
same time that the Generator set will be stopped once it can not work smoothly.
There are Chinese/English interface options, more language can be set
according to user’s request. All the parameters can be configured through the front
face buttons or use programmable interface by USB to adjust via PC. It can be widely
applied for all kinds of auto control system of Generator sets.
2. Main Features
It adopts 32-bit imported high-performance single-chip microcomputer control;
The dot matrix high-resolution liquid crystal display, with Chinese and English
switchable, can be customized according to customer needs;
The key panel of PC material is adopted, which can effectively prevent water,
oil and ultraviolet rays, and has good operation feel and long service life;
With USB interface, parameters can be set and real-time monitored through
USB interface;
The standard configuration of CAN communication interface, built-in a variety
of J1939 protocols;
Collect and display engine speed rpm, oil pressure kPa / psi, temperature ℃ /
F, oil level%, battery voltage V, operation time h, cumulative working time
h, etc;
Acquisition and display generator frequency Hz, voltage V, current a, power
kW, load rate%;
Maintenance countdown and reminder function;
With black box function, it can save the relevant parameters of the unit in case
of fault alarm in real time, so as to find out the fault cause of the unit
conveniently;
There are 5 relay outputs, 3 of which can be configured;
1-way switch input, function can be configured, nearly 10 functions can be
selected;
There are 2 analog input channels with configurable function, which can be
selected as sensor input or switch input;
A variety of starting conditions (speed, frequency, oil pressure) combination
can be selected;
The standard waterproof ring is equipped, and the protection performance of
the panel after installation reaches IP54 level;
Modular design: all wiring is completed through European terminals, so it is
very easy and convenient to assemble, connect, repair and replace the
equipment;
