Over freq alarm

Rated frequency multiplying by this value is
regarded as under over frequency alarm value.
When the Freq is higher than the value and comes
into over freq delay but still higher (emergency faults
delay), then over frequency alarms.If the value is set
as 200, then the alarm is disabled.

regarded as under frequency alarm value. When the
