11.0 Technical specications

Standard water pressure provided by the dental unit for a turbine:
From 0 to 3 bars (from 0 hPa to 3000 hPa), max
40°C.
Standard air pressure provided by the dental unit for a turbine:
From 2.3 to 3.2 bars (2300 hPa - 3200 hPa).
Operating conditions: from +10°C to +40°C.
Relative humidity from 30% to 75%.
Transport and storage conditions: from -10°C to +70°C.
Relative humidity from 10% to 90%.
Air pressure P: 500hPa/1060hPa.
Weight and size: 125 g.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Leakage of powder from the cap
of the container.
Cap not correctly screwed in
place.
Residues of powder in the thread.
Screw the cap on correctly.
Read point “06.1”
Treatment ineffective Insufcient pressure of the
air-supply circuit.
Level of powder inside the
container too low or too high.
Unsuitable powder.
Front terminal of the polisher
clogged by too much moister in
the powder or insufcient clean-
ing/maintenance.
Check the pressure in the air
circuit of the dental unit.
Restore the correct level of the
powder inside the container
(see point “05.2”).
To enable the apparatus to work
correctly use only powder
produced by MECTRON.
Read point “06.1” and “06.3”.
Remove the powder from the
container and clean it with a dry
cloth.
Read point “07.0”.
