Problem Possible Causes and solutions
Lid will not open
• Installation Main disconnect switch is in the OFF position
Turn main disconnect switch to the ON position
• To override the lid lock:
The lid lock override socket is on the top left of the machines
lid:
Insert the key into the lid lock socket and turn anticlockwise to
override the lock to allow the lid to be opened, as shown
below.
Normal Override
The override key must only be used to gain access
when the lid is locked and cannot be opened normally,
and the machine is not running a cycle.
In the case of an incomplete cycle the load will require to be
decontaminated, see section 3-12
