What to do if my Medline Water Pump has low pressure?
    • M
      Matthew PriceJul 30, 2025
If the Medline Water Pump shows low pressure, first check the connection between the garment and the air hose. If the leg pressure is less than 40mmHg or foot pressure is less than 120mmHg after two cycles, there may be a disconnection. Also, check the air hose for disconnections from the garments and inspect for leaks, replacing faulty components if necessary. If the issue persists, try turning the pump off and restarting it.

      David PerezAug 6, 2025
If you're getting a garment error on your Medline Water Pump, make sure the garment is connected to the air hose at start up. If the garments aren't fully deflated during each restart, ensure they are fully deflated before restarting. Additionally, check the connectors for any blockages and restart the device. Initialization might fail due to blockages in the air hose or garment connectors.

      Bryan HallAug 14, 2025
If the Medline Water Pump experiences a system failure, check the air hose connections for looseness on both ports at the pump. If the pressure is lower than the set pressure after 10 consecutive inflations, turn the pump off and restart it.

    • M
      mdiazAug 22, 2025
If the Medline Water Pump is showing high pressure, check the air hose for any kinks. If leg pressure exceeds 40mmHg or foot pressure exceeds 120mmHg after two consecutive cycles, the air hose may be kinked.
