Guide bar
• Reverse the bar at regular intervals to prevent partial wear.
• The bar rail should always be absolutely straight.
• Check for wear of the bar rail. Apply a ruler to the bar and the outside of a cutter. If a gap is
observed between them, the rail is normal. Otherwise, the bar rail is worn. Such a bar needs to
be corrected or replaced.
NOTE: The table below shows all approved combinations of bar and chain. For replacement only bars
and chains from the table below may be used. If you use non-approved combinations it may cause
serious personal injury and damage to the machine.
