Why is my Mega Saw vibrating when cutting?

Vibration during cutting with your Mega Saw can occur due to several reasons. It could be due to using a blade with an incorrect pitch for the material, a failure to break-in the saw blade properly, or having excessive or insufficient saw blade speed. An excessive or insufficient load, or insufficient saw blade tension can also cause vibration. Other potential causes include a wire brush not working correctly, the blade being improperly guided by the insert, or the workpiece not being clamped properly. The material surface may be excessively hard, the cutting rate might be too high, the workpiece may not be annealed, or there might be insufficient or lean cutting fluid.
