6.1 Sawing Problems and Solution
Vibration during cutting

Use of blade with incorrect pitch

Failure to break-in saw blade Perform break-in operation
Excessive saw blade speed Reduce speed

Insufficient saw blade tension Increase tension
Wire brush not working correctly Relocate or replace
Blade improperly guided by insert Check and correct
