3.1 Basic Description
SLM770A&SLM770A-SC adopts LCC+LGA interface, totally have 144 Pins, including 80 LCC pins and
64 LGA pins, provided with the following functional interfaces:

⚫ USIM/SIM interface
⚫ USB interface
⚫ UART interface
⚫ PCM interface(SLM770A-SC does not support this function)
⚫ I2C interface
⚫ Reset interface
⚫ State indicator interface
