MP3 BASIC OPERATION
Press the STANDBY ON/OFF button to turn on the unit; the
STANDBY/ON indicator will go out.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the disc tray,
“OPEN” will appear on the screen. Insert an MP3 disc with
the label side facing up on the disc tray.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button 1 to close the disc tray.
“CLOSE” will appear on the screen and the display. After
loading, the FOLDER/TRACK menu will appear on the
screen. Press the NAVIGATION (
π,†) buttons 2 to select
the desired folder/file. Press the ENTER/PLAY (
®) button 3
to confirm.

If there are no folders on the CD, playback will begin
immediately. If there are folders, then press the
ENTER/PLAY (
®) button 1 to select the desired folder.
Press the Navigation (
π,†) buttons 2 to select the desired
track, then press the ENTER/PLAY (
®) button 1 to play
the track. Press the STOP (
■) button 3 to stop playback.
To return to select another folder, while in the Stop mode,
press the Navigation (
√) button 2. The FOLDER/TRACK
menu will appear again on the TV screen.

PLAYBACK OF AN MP3 DISC
NOTE: While in the stop mode, if the total tracks number of the MP3 disc is more than 99 tracks, the tracks number on the
player's display will blink which indicate the total tracks number is more than 99 tracks. Also, the display will only show the
last two digits of the total tracks number.
