6. SPOT – Spot vacuum cleaning.
7. CLK – Press CLK for three seconds to start
setting local time.
8. MODE (mode selection) – First press ON/
OFF and then MODE. The vacuum cleaner
works in the mode shown on the display:

MODE 1: Spot vacuum cleaning.
– MODE 2: Random vacuum
cleaning.
– MODE 3: Edge vacuum cleaning.
– MODE 4: S line vacuum cleaning.

STATUS LIGHTS
Battery indicator
The battery charge status is shown with :
1. In standby mode and during vacuum
cleaning
is blue. When the battery is
charging is red.
2. During charging:
– When
is blue the battery is
fully charged.
– When
ashes red the
vacuum cleaner must be started
with the power switch to charge.
–
gradually changes colour
when charging is in progress.
Status reading
1. In standby mode a slowly ashing status
light
indicates that the vacuum
cleaner is charging. If it is ashing rapidly
this means there is a fault on the vacuum
cleaner. Press the CLEAN button. A voice
message says what is wrong.
2. During vacuuming
stays on.
3. During the charging
gradually
changes colour.
USE
POSITIONING THE CHARGING
STATION
Place the charging station against a wall,
without obstruction within 1 metre on each
side and 2 metres in front of the station.

CHARGE THE VACUUM CLEANER
1. Connect the transformer to the charging
station and to a power point. The vacuum
cleaner goes automatically to the
charging station when the battery has
discharged.

2. Press HOME on the remote control to
make the vacuum cleaner go to the
charging station to be charged.
NOTE:
When the vacuum cleaner is started after
it has been switched o for a long time the
built-in battery may have discharged. In
which case, do as follows:
– Put the vacuum cleaner in the
charging station to charge the
battery. The battery needs to be
charged for six hours.
– If the vacuum cleaner does not start
after being charged for six hours,
contact an authorised service
centre.
Procedures for best possible
battery life
• Charge the vacuum cleaner for 12 hours
before using it for the rst time.
• Charge the vacuum cleaner immediately
when the battery has discharged.
