6. Remove 5 bolts securing pump drive to drive
shaft housing and remove pump.

NOTE: Water pump assembly must be removed be-
fore bearing carrier can be removed.
1. Remove 4 bolts (2 each side) securing water
pump assembly and remove water pump.
