1. Position the remote control into neutral.
2. Install the throttle cable to the throttle arm with a flat washer and locknut.
Tighten the locknut, then back off the locknut 1/4 turn.
3. Adjust the cable barrel so that the installed throttle cable will hold the
throttle arm against the idle stop.
4. Place the cable barrel into the barrel retainer.
5. Lock the retainer and cables in place with the cable latch.
