7. Install the fuel pump pulse hose to the intake manifold fitting. Secure the hose with a hose clamp.
a - Thermostat cap
b - Fuel pump pulse hose
c - Bolts (M6 x 30) (2)
d - J‑clamp
e - Fuel pump
f - Bolt (M6 x 60)
8. Install the fuel tank assembly. Attach the fuel line to the fuel tank and secure it with a hose clamp.

WARNING
Fuel is flammable and explosive. Ensure that the key switch is off and the lanyard is positioned so that the engine cannot
start. Do not smoke or allow sources of spark or open flame in the area while servicing. Keep the work area well ventilated
and avoid prolonged exposure to vapors. Always check for leaks before attempting to start the engine, and wipe up any
spilled fuel immediately.
9. Apply Loctite 242 Threadlocker to the fuel tank mounting bolts. Install the bolts and washers and tighten the bolts to the
specified torque.
